This pale sour ale was dosed with loads of mango puree and fermented with a unique process used to bring out a beautifully clean acidity and and a robust aroma and flavor of fresh mango.

Saw this new one on the menu and decided to give it a shot, the entry in the brewery chalkboard just says Mango Sour, 6%.

Smells of tropical fruit and pours a pretty clear golden color. Minimal head retention.
Taste is lip-puckering sour up front, dry finish with Mango definitely coming through on the back end. Very crisp finish. The sour doesn't overly linger.
Given that it's still 90+ degrees out, this is a really refreshing afternoon drink, and one that I would certainly order again.
