Beautiful translucent golden color with an inch of sustained foamy head with spotty lacing. Nose is healthy dose of Noble hops. I asked the brewer and he told me that the beer features Hallertau and Hersbrucker. Waves of it come off the nose. Taste is similar, dense up front but "second act" is weak; other than bitter crunch of hops. Mouthfeel and drinkability are both good.
Not to the level of a Prima or Pikeland but I'd order this beer over many others. Well done. Prost!
