First of all, I'm biased. I love Mt Hood Hops. I put them in my coffee.
This pale ale has only Mt Hood Hops.
It has a nice greenish appearance that reminds me of Hopslam, but hey I'm colorblind and green/orange is my hardest to identify.
The ale has a hint of sweet malt and the hops are just like I like them from mount hood - zingy, earth, sunny, mossy and complex.
Maybe I will start putting this in my coffee thermos.
