I was anxious to try this, as I like the style.
Impressed by the amazing clarity to this beer. It was a vibrant gold with white foaming.
There was a light aroma to it, lightly tart and beguiling. I found it inviting without being overpowering. Flavor has a pleasant tang to it and a clearly defined crispness. Pleasing.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub, thanks to Bison for the beer!
Pale bright gold, a little too much so, looks almost like a lager except for the slight racing carbonation. Thin collar of white foam around the edges, quickly parting to a skim.
Slight lactic sharpness in the aroma, wet grains, wheat, mild.
Flavor is pretty tart, verging on sour. Clean and simple, lactobacillus does it's thing, basic sour with a mild grainy aftertaste. Thin bodied, could use a little more complexity, but as it is, it's simple and refreshing.
2016: Strong sulfur smell was off putting.
