This poured a cola colored with thin foam. It had a light caramel roast with a touch of smoke on it, giving it a bit of nuance and complexity. As I tasted it I found a pleasing body with some bittering and roast and a hint of the smoke. Enjoyed sipping this.

Brewed to complement the pullman porter exhibit at the Green Bay National Railroad Museum. The appearance was jet black with a very thin brown head. Smelled of roasted malts, cocoa and coffee. Taste was overpoweringly roasted malt and chocolate with a hint of perhaps licorice at the end, maybe raisin. It was hard to distinguish the other tastes due to the overbearing malt. The mouthfeel was light, especially for a porter. Overall a porter with little balance but it relatively light.
