12 FL. OZ can
Served in a sour glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden color and is topped with a fleeting head that leaves no lacing.
It has a briny cucumber aroma.
The taste starts out with cucumber. Then I get some lime in the middle with a nice tart finish. A light salty flavor persists throughout the taste.
Medium to light bodies and slightly dry.
This beer is refreshing as hell. A great beer to have on hopefully the last miserably hot, humid day of the year.

really unique beer here, even in the cucumber beer world, which now seems quite a lot larger than it was even just a few years ago. there are a few features of this that i absolutely love. one is the overall quality of the base beer, it may look a little mucky and still, but its not, its clean and refined and quite lively on the palate. it has a lot of pucker, more sour than many, but its mineral rich and bright with the salt in here, and it has a citrus note to the lacto, very nice. the low alcohol is another favorite feature, in a beer like this, i want to drink a lot of it when i feel like it, and this allows for it. still wheaty in flavor and feel, and not too thin and not too sour to enjoy in volume, even with all the acidity. the cucumber is very natural and very forward, no perfume to it at all, and sort of waxy and earthy like the peels more than the flesh, juicy though and very fresh tasting to me, refreshing, dry, and appealing. salted plenty, it has a savory vibe, and a really snappy finish. all of us around the table really thought this was a standout in its field, and this is something i would buy again if i could. it has major cocktail potential too!

12 oz pour at brewery. Then next day from growler. This batch is at 4%. Very turbid looking. True straw yellow color. White head fades to ring cap. cucumber dominates the nose. Wow is this tart, Extreamly sour and tart. I love it! The cucumber addition in my opinion is one of the best ingredients to add to a wild/sour style. In this case the cucumber is well ballenced to the saltyness. Nice lingering aftertaste that makes you want more. Oh and the full name of this masterpiece is "It puts the cucumber on its skin or it gets the Gose again". Don't Pass this up, a must try for any sour head. Bottle this please!
