Enjoyed at the Copenhagen Beer Festival. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a good fluffy two finger head.
S - Aromas of really bright sweet tarts and huge tropical aroma. Pineapple galore on this one.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice tartness and tropical notes, however, there is quite a bit of malt sweetness as well as bready biscuit notes. Finish is lightly bitter.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated and slightly crisp.
O - Overall this was a really nice hoppy offering from 7venth Sun. The aroma was awesome here but the taste was a bit too biscuity.
