Sampled at the brewery.
A- Golden pour from the draft with a foamy white head up to a finger. Good retention and large sheets of lacing.
S- Brett and hops are the distinct aromas and they work well together for an overall tropical Bretty feel. Mango, dank herbs, mint, apricot and floral notes.
T- Tropical, citrus and floral hops marry the distinct fruity, earthy Brett ferment. Smooths out a bit with less hugely distinct things but mango, mint, weed, orange, grapefruit, earthy tropical Brett and pear come to mind. Slightly sweet.
MF- Silky smooth medium overall body that fluffs up on the palate. Ends with a floral citrus bitterness.
Brett and hops are a great combo when you get enough out of both of them. Tropical and citrus but not a juice bomb as it has a nice balance.
