Classic Pilsner
7venth (Seventh) Sun Brewery

Pours crystal clear deep gold minus with a thin white head that disappears quickly leaving virtually no cap, a thin ring, and a few spots of lace. Nose is bready malt, floral hop, with light sweet corn in the background. Light honey cracker sweetness, a touch of lemon and a pronounced spicy aftertaste; medium hop bitterness. Crisp clean light body; moderate carbonation; dry finish. Overall, the head retention was weak and I did not care for the spicy hop linger which I felt pushed aside the sweet cracker malt; nevertheless, a fine hoppy Pils, and one I would not turn down if offered.
