A beer made for the 25th anniversary of Weaver Street Market.a beer using all local NC grown ingredients.Pours into a 1/2 liter stein a dull lighter amber with a large blooming slightly off white head atop.The aromas are unlike any amber lager I have come across,very fruity,chalky, and almost candy-ish,like a swisher sweet almost,again it's hard to pinpoint.The palate is very fruity as well with some sweet dough coming into play as well,a very light drying leafiness in the finish.Mystery makes some mysterious beers and this is a new one,not a typical amber lager here by any means,honestly Iam still trying to get the different flavor and aroma profiles of this beer.
