A: Beautiful pink hue, solid effervesence. Slight head that dissipates quickly.
S: Tart, fresh, raspberries.
T: Again, raspberries and tartness dominate. Good balance between the inherent sweetness of the raspberries and the tartness that I associate with a Berliner Weisse.
M: Light, refreshing, effervescent carbonation throughout the entire pour.
O: I'm impressed that Mystery got so much raspberry flavor without a syrup infusion common to this style. The crispness, refreshing flavor, and drinkability all lend it to be a perfect summer beer.
