Glowing reddened amber with a thin head. Aromas of tart hibiscus, light cereal grain, and an airy pepper note. Refreshing tart flavor…hibiscus and a green apple acidity finishing with crackers and very light cracked pepper. Light and dry, but not puckering. Simple and drinkable. Nothing complex, but still enjoyable.
