A "Historic Danish white ale".Had on tap at Melt Friday night.Came in a tulip glass a clear brass color with a tightly formed thinner head atop.Yeasty aromas but not really phenolic,mainly deeply fruity with lighter spiced edge.Seemed bigger than what it is on the palate again big fruit with light spice and a smack of booze in the finish.This was different,you can tell it's a wheat ale but it's unlike any I have had to date.
