Interesting. The color is a hazy light gold with a well formed white head. The nose gives you phenols and mild fruity esters. The taste is similar to the nose. I got corn flakes and apple but the phenols also kick in a mild spice note. Medium body and decent carbonation.

Poured from the growler dull light golden with athinner but well formed white head.Aromas are toasted with light phenols and mild fruity esters.Pleasant flavors with some cereal-like graininess and fruit notes-mainly pear, the phenols give off subdued spice, bready flavors in the finish. This is drinkable to the hilt hence a higher overall score,it's not flashy but it's a great "table" beer.

Had at Rockfish for their event the day after their official opening party.
Pours cloudy yellow straw color with a decent head.
Smell is about as complex as ive ever seen. They use Belgian Trappist yeast, wheat malt base, and other rediculous stuff. I get the Tripel part, nice fruity esters. Drinkable, smooth, and the better of the two I had. Not real sure how to categorize this one.
