Decent white foamy head with persistent lacing floats atop this cloudy yellow beer. Nose is a creamy, hay or grassy dominant creature with a slightly veggie finish. Taste is immediately a strange bitter that favors a slightly tart, slightly funky yet earthy overall bitterness. Kind of tangy without being altogether tart or sour, just an oddly familiar bitter that I really can't place. After taste is a touch musty with the same flavor of bitter lingering
