On-tap at Final Gravity Brewing Co., Richmond, VA
A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow white collar around the edge of the glass and a thin patch of white bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit and pilsener malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of biscuit and pilsener malts. There is a faint amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't very hoppy and has a the aroma and flavor profile that is closer to a Munich Helles Lager than a German Pilsener.
Serving type: on-tap
