Pours a solid pale yellow, with a consistent opaqueness. Thin ring is all that lasts from a fair initial head.

Nose has a stale Belgian aspect to it - almost farmhouse in nature, which isn’t normal for an IPA to me, but wasn’t off-putting as it may sound. Meadow wildflowers, some vegetal notes, hints of overripe peach, tangerine.

The Belgian yeast seems to alter the normal bitterness by skewing it slightly towards the rustic or funk. A citrus hop note come bitter then turns a bit juicy, leading to a light tart tang. A bit of farmhouse regains the end that has a light yeasty bitterness. A little peppery note also comes out here, accented by the lightly stinging carbonation.

The yeast has more influence than I normally get in a Belgian IPAs. The bitterness was a bit more powerful versus nuanced, though it was countered by the yeast.
