A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color. It poured with just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of bananas are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a mirror image of the smell and has flavors of bananas.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer uses a different yeast strain than traditional hefeweizens and smells and tastes more like the artificial banana flavoring that you would find in a banana Starbust candy.
