L: Poured from a crowler to a snifter glass. Had a yellow-orange color and a very cloudy consistency. There was an inch and a half of foamy head that lasted an above average amount of time. Excellent lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of hops, malt, citrus fruit, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a bit of tropical fruit (passionfruit, maybe?), a lot of hops (the dominant ingredient), some pear notes, and a good shot of citrus fruit (orange). This is a big, bracing, and aggressive flavor. Its hops content is high, but never obnoxiously so. Powerful and tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A punchy and likable DIPA. Drinkable.
