Had on tap at Zoobrew.
A- Came to me a golden yellow color. Half finger white head shows light retention. Watery light lace falls back into the beer as I drink.
S- This beer smells very green. Lots of green onion to it that almost overpowers everything. Hints of a light bitter hop but once again this green onion/stink weed aroma come from this. No real malt backbone comes through. The aroma is pretty bad though.
T- Light bitter hops on the beer gives way to green onion in the flavor. This does die down a little to show off a light biscuity malt backbone toward the middle before another assault of green onion comes through with a medium alcohol finish.
M- Light mouthfeel. Carbonation was ok for the style. Green onion galore is left on the palate. Aftertaste is alcohol and green onion. Flavors were poor and watery most of the time. Off flavors included the green onion from not letting the beer sit long enough. Light drying on the palate from the alcohol.
O- This IPA was too green to serve in the first place. The horrible aroma and flavors should have kept this one from being served. ABV was in the right range but the flavors were a mess. I would have dumped this one and not served it to the public if I were them.
