Michael Novo will never stop to surprise me! A Berliner Weissbier brewed with goat whey. The goat whey is present in the smell and tastes but quite subtly and meddles quite well with the citrus tartness of the beer. It adds some funk which gives some depth to this low alcohol beverage. The carbonation is vivid and gives structures to the beer. Really nice stuff.
