Well once again that's some crazy shit from la brasserie du Mont Salève. On tap in Au bon coin, Nernier, France. It's brewed with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. It looks.lovely, pitch black with a nice mocha head. It smells of smoke mostlysome roasted cocoa and that unique yeast smell from anyMont Saleve brewery's stout. And then you taste it. It's like having a bite in a piece of coal. Some heat in the back end. Very dry, astringent. No residual sweetness.
Not my favorite beer from then but definitely a funky one
