On tap at La Robe et la Mousse in Paris, France. 12.5 cl poured in a teku glass. Marc is a sort of grape brandy, this beer is brewed with Marc de Chasselas, a white grape variety from Savoie. This blond ale is vinous. Very interesting fruity notes, some balanced sweetness. A beer which reduce the gap between wine and beer worlds
