Gravity halfpint at the Sebright Arms.
A: Clear, brilliant gold body under a thin, persisten, sticky white head. Nice lace. Lovely.
S: Predominantly hoppy, with tropical fruitiness dominating: plenty of mango, some grapefruit, and lime. Some faint malt underneath it all. Nice.
T: Follows the nose - sweet, fruity hops throughout. The toasty malt peeks through toward the end, providing complex balance on the chalky finish. Tasty.
M: Nicely carbonated medium body. Lovely.
O: This was a real winner. One of the best London real ales on offer out of a couple dozen at the Sebright's little festival. Good stuff.
Cheers!

A - A hard pour yielded a very thin head which dissipated almost immediately. The beer is unsurprisingly a hazy gold. There is no visible carbonation.
S - Yeasty/bready notes, some fruity esters, green apple skin, a small whiff of citrus.
T - Starts with a sweet bready flavour which builds into the middle of the drink. Some dusty light fruit then appears, with a subdued background note of bubblegum/banana. Finish is a lasting flavour of herbal hops. Not bad, if somewhat one-dimensional.
M - Light mouthfeel initially. The body builds as the spritz of the carbonation subsides in the middle. Again, ok.
D - A below average brew. Hopefully some more interesting offerings await from this brewery.
