Hand Pulled at Ye Olde Cock Tavern
A_Medium chestnut hue, tannish head. Nice concentric rings of lace
S_Caramel, bread and a bit of acidity. Nice aroma but no hops to speak of
T_Mild caramel up front followed by a slight lactic sourness. Finish is mildly bitter with no particular hop characteristics other than bitter. A bit of copper in the aftertaste.
M_Medium body with low level carbonation.
O_There is something strange here that I can't put my finger on. I'm not loving this but I can't really pinpoint why.
