750ml cork and caged bottle. Served in a snifter glass.
Pours a medium-lighter reddish-brown body, one finger white head, not much lacing or retention. Smells of oak, a touch of dry nail polish, moderate acetic aroma, touch of whiskey. Not sure what's there, but it's interesting. Flavour is similarly acetic, whiskey, touch of grainy sweetness, less of the nail polish. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, but a bit sticky. Fair amount of carbonation.
