This is drinking deliciously right now... My intentions were to open this on January 27th, 2017 which was one year to the date from bottling... well... life happened...
So.... after a long day burning leaves and with a pot of chili on the stove, now is the time... It's world class in my opinion....
Everything I could ask for in a sour plus some... Not overly tart but the barrel is definitely present here... Oaky and slightly fruity with a nice tartness that astounds me... This is easily easily the best beer from this brewery (that I've ever had anyway)...
I paired this with some pork and beef chili and that tang cut through the spiciness of the chili perfectly...
Awesome beer... I'm sad that I don't have more of it... It's probably long gone off of the shelves by now but if I could find this somewhere, I would buy every bottle I could...
Incredible!

Thanks Kevin!
Dark Amber, frothy foam spotty lace.
Oak and sour fruit aroma.
Taste is tart and citric with a noticeable malt presence.
Finishes clean and dry. Overall pretty good stuff.
