Picked this aged brew up just the other day bottled 3/3/16. Pours a lightly hazy yellow with small white head that falls quickly.
Aroma is light cracker malts lemon grass, and funky Brett.
Taste is light and crisp semi sweet malt backbone tart Brett notes light light lemon and herbal hints, lightly funky. Not as complex as some wild ales but its pretty enjoyable. Of the sampling they were doing this one was the one I thought was the best and i purchased one but guess I am in the minority on that one lol.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp carbonation is fairly mellow but I enjoy brews that way.
Overall could be little more fruity and funky but I find it enjoyable. nice little lightly funky treat.

Palate Contaminants: none
The look is a very clear gold-gold. Moderate amount of fine white head.
Smell is malty, with a pleasant amount of lemon. Floral, with a fresh little cilantro.
Taste matches the smell, a little malty, some lemon, floral, but there's also light funk. It's also unfortunately watery, but the flavors that are present do make it plenty drinkable.
Hardly any carbonation present, and the feel is thin for the type. Maybe call the style a "Belgian lite"? Aftertaste is mostly the funk.
