The parti gyle technique of brewing takes separate runnings from the same mash and boils/hops them differently. Each set of runnings gets a little weaker than the previous. This being the third, and final, runnings, it is low abv, sessionable, and dry. Noticeable herbal hop aromas and flavors, a lingering bitterness and crisp body.
