The parti gyle technique of brewing takes separate runnings from the same mash and boils/hops them differently. This is the second runnings and has the most even keeled of these beers. Herbal and peppery hops come through on the nose and mix with a malt character like toasted bread. Slightly sweet with a continuous background of bitterness. Hop flavors come out with grassy and woody notes.
