pours a dark brown in color, some head. nice boozy aroma, definitely pick up some kind of vanilla and oak flavors. tastes is slightly tart, but still malty. medium bodied.

On-tap poured into a snifter.
Appearance
Deep mahogany brown with virtually no head. Moderately carbonated.
Nose
Lemon juice, vinegar, blackcurrant, black cherry, and nectarine.
Taste
Huge Lacto sour character with lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Black cherry, blackcurrant, concord grape, and nectarine. Dry oaken character with an added residual sweetness.
Mouthfeel
Medium-light bodied with a great sourness.
Overall
A great sour that slightly reminds me of RR Consecration.
