Must The CANQuest (tm) do everything?!? First, I procured the beer, then I added it to the data base, next I took and got a picture approved. At long last, I am drinking this beer!
From the CAN: "Round Guys Brewing Company Two Step, a lightly textured body with Belgium aspirations, appropriately bittered and specially designed for two quick golden shimmies and that slow slow slow sip along the way. Celebrate a tastywit pluming a cloud of yeast driven clove spiciness offset by a balancing, and subtle, tartness. Climb on to prominent floral hops overtaking a lingering malt. Come dance the Two Step with your good friends at Round Guys."
This reminds me of a classic Laugh-In skit with a band of pirates: "Arrgh! Two Steps to the right, mateys! Arrgh! Two Steps back, ye swabbies! Arrgh! Two Steps to the left, ye scurvy dogs! (wads map up and throws it down in disgust) Arrgh! This be the last time we buy a treasure map from Arthur Murray Studios!" Ha!
Upon CANducting the Crack!, I got a good bit of foaming action coming through the vent. Perhaps I should not have agitated it beforehand, but it is meant to be cloudy & I wanted everything in suspension. An inverted Glug had to be curtailed due to foam, but the three-plus fingers of puffy, rocky, bone-white head settled fairly quickly afterwards. Color was a cloudy Straw-Yellow (SRM = > 2, < 4). Nose smelled like my favorite kind of Hefeweizen - full of clove esters! Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium. The taste was kind of a shock with an unexpected tartness which was more than subtle! This was more like a Berlinerweisse in terms of its lemony tartness. Finish was dry and lip-smacking, but not really what I expected from a Wit. It was interesting and drinkable, but it would leave a Wit lover cold.

Another beer courtesy of the man who added this beer, the incredible woodychandler. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a whiteish/light golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of spices, wheat. Taste is wheat, some spices, light hints of citrus, very easy drinking. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall a refreshing beer.
