Poured into a rocks glass: color is light hazy-straw gold, head is brighter white with fine to small bubbles and presents at least one finger deep, head lingers well with solid thick head and lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is blended hop and malt with prominent pilsner notes with warming - cracker, grape nut, earth, light dry pith.
Taste is more blended hop and malt - pilsner is notable with cracker and grape nut notes, earth, zest.
Mouthfeel is lower carbonation for the style, low/moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness but lingering light sweetness and tongue presence.
Overall a malt forward dry-hopped brew but pleasant blend of flavors with a lighter feel than classic pilsner but probably to style for 'american-style.'

On draft at the brewpub, in a mug
Clear yellow golden in color, foamy white head. Some lacing. Earthy hop aroma, some grain. Taste is mildly sweet. Pale malt, crackers, grassy hops. Medium bodied, nice for a Pils.
