16 oz can poured into a Trappist goblet.
Appearance
Golden blonde. Good clarity. Very little head. Light carbonation.
Nose
Chardonnay, oak, cinnamon, and apple crisp.
Taste
Strong Chardonnay and oaky tannins. Apple crisp, cinnamon, and nougat. Some peppery spice lingers.
Mouthfeel
Medium-light bodied, crisp, spicy, and semi-dry.
Overall
My palate had to adjust to the flavor, but a damn good beer! Tons of oak and Chardonnay flavor.
