16 ounces served in a pint glass at the brewery.
L---Deep, dark black color. Thin, frothy head with minimal retention and minimal lacing as is appropriate for the ABV.
S---Bourbon is up front. Chocolate & coffee are in the background. Nutty & awesome.
T---Bourbon & oak are the definitive tastes. Some vanilla, chocolate & coffee as well.
F---Thick & rich. medium to full bodied. Quite enjoyable.
O---Excellent effort by a very good, small local brewery.

2016 Release #1- Woodford Reserve and Smooth Ambler barrels
750 ml corked and caged bottle
Black, thin brown colored head that fades. Nice aroma of vanilla and caramel. Taste is a little boozy. Mild roast, toasty. Slick mouthfeel.
