Buddha of Suburbia is an 8.1% ABV Foreign Extra Stout brewed with Molasses to finish it off and gives it a very unique flavor that has to be tried to fully appreciate it.

on draft at the brewery, served in a mug
very dark brown in color, not quite opaque or fully black. thin tan head that fades. aroma of bitter cocoa, a touch of fruitiness, molasses. taste is slightly sweet, not as dry as expected. medium bodied.

Beer seems darker, better head retention, and drier. And maybe fuller bodied, nice and smooth.
