Poured from 16 oz can into a Perfect Pint glass. Look is pretty deep burnt mahogany color with an off white had that settles quickly to a thin cap. Smell is cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon roll bread. Taste is sweet like iced gingersnap cookies, towards the end the cinnamon takes over with a bit of bitterness in the end. Feel is medium bodied, light carbonation, very pleasant. Overall, the spice is bold with this beer. It's a sweeter beer too. It's a nice beer that would go well with some pumpkin pie or apple pie around the holidays. I'm sipping this one after the fact, but it's still going down well.

DATE: December 16, 2022... OCCASION: celebrating Will's first JV victory with a Christmas-themed beer... GLASSWARE: Wychwood pint... dark iced tea-tinted brown body that sports a thin, off-white ring of tiny bubbles... coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, frosted icing, and sugar cookie--its aroma is alluring as a dessert beer... a smooth, lightly textured draw, belying its 7+% ABV with a soft finish that leaves a sweet, pleasant impression... sugar cookie, coconut, vanilla and frosted icing make for a tasty, creamy dessert beer that doesn't overdo the alcohol or the sugar... this is worth seeking out again, and a cool name at that, evoking a Christmas hip-hop classic....

16 ounce can poured into a snulip glass.
L---Medium/dark brown color. A mild poured resulted in a massive khaki head. Very good retention. OK lacing.
S---Strong cinnamon. Sweet maltiness.
T---Cinnamon leads the way. The fig is noticeable, too. I'm not getting the advertised vanilla.
F---Medium bodied. Very well carbonated.
O---Round Guys does good work. This is another good beer from them.

16 oz can, dated 12/15/20
poured dark brown, cream colored head, decent head retention. Heavy spice aroma of Belgian yeast and cinnamon. Similar flavor in thw taste with the bready sweet malt. I dont really pick up the vanilla. Medium bodied. Overall just a bit too heavy on the spice for me.
