My neighbor is the man....sharing this gem as well! It poured an opaque black with tan head that is not leaving much lace. The scent is a nice mix of vanilla and cocoa. The taste is awesome with vanilla and chocolate being present. The Mouthfeel is medium in body with smooth carbonation....would like a bit more body. Overall this beer is awesome.

I am not the one to listen to on this review. I love stouts, but shy away from ones with adjuncts like coffee or vanilla, which this example has both. It is well done, however.
It pours as dark as an overcast night and smells wonderful. My mother-in-law loved the aroma of coffee and vanilla cake batter, and the head was rich, dark tan and persistent.
The taste was mostly of the adjuncts: coffee and vanilla bean on a canvas of an imperial stout's dark fruit, port wine, slight char and smoky malt background. In the end, the taste I was left with was vanilla bean and a semi-sweet burp. Honestly, this is not all that and a bag of chips for me, BUT I do believe that it is well done for someone who likes this style. Four Hands Brewing does good things, and if this is your taste, then I stand behind the beer.
