Brewed with tangerine & ginger.
Can courtesy of Snap_Rat
L: slightly hazy orange with foamy cream head. Lots of retention and lacing.
S: tangerine, Floral, Sweet.
T: tangerine takes over. herbal/grassy/ginger hop presence.
F: appropriate to style. Crisp. No alcohol presence.
O: Light and refreshing. Made for summer weather. Though I’m not a fan of the adjunct ingredients they aren’t poorly done.

My good friend and old neighbor from Oswego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a hazy golden with no head and no lace. The scent had faint white grape notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tart white white presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.

Poured from a can. A little hazy with a small head. This beer lacks the normal pilsner smell and flavor but man it's good. It's more like a blonde ale with the tangerine and ginger evident. Maybe not a traditional pilsner but I would get it again.

It's a good beer. But, doesn't remind me of a Posner a whole lot. I like the taste of the citrus and the ginger, but again, maybe not for a pilsner. Poured into a pilsner glass. And the head was about two fingers, dissipated quickly, but laced the glass beautifully. Over all, I like it, but rated as a pilsner.

Light gold with 1.5 finger head. Pilsy malt with ginger and citrus. Very gingery in taste. I love ginger, but there's something it does here that only kind of works to me.

-w/ tangerine & ginger.
A: Bright translucent orange coloring has a quickly dissipating, dirty white head leading to a polished surface. A steady rate of macro-effervesce briskly rises though out. No lacing. A loud audible bubbling comes from the capping's demise.
S: Sour tangerines and you guessed it, ginger was prominent on the nose. Tart citrus, but not a lot of graininess if any, is most likely hidden by the adjuncts.
T: Spicy ginger flavor and tangerines is actually blended quite well together and is tasty. Fresh greenery, light graininess, and a light amount of salty oranges. Damp citrus, bready malting, and some sweet forest pine finishes out.
M: Malty mouthful, silent carbonation, tart and creamy texture. Lacks that crisp bite of an german style pilsner, more of a creamy wheat.
O: Overall I like the daring nature and idea of blending tangerine and ginger for the flavor, just not so much for a pilsner? Perhaps a summer wheat or other style, it seems the american pilsner is taking on a style of its own by departure of its german counterpart with adjuncts and particularly an increased in hoppiness. The flavor was good, but feel like I must hold the malting accountable for its lack of crispness and spicy saaz hopping? Decent drinkability, unique adjuncts bring a different perspective, malty backbone.

Smooth and clean, much more full bodied than I expected. The tangerine pith comes through fairly bitter, and the ginger leaves little warmth on the tongue. While not a bad offering if you enjoy ginger, I have to say it just didn't quite work for me.

On tap. Poured out a hazy, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus and toasted caramel. Sweet citrus flavor with hints of ginger.

a clean and bright lager here, fresh pale pilsener malt, more hops than the german ones usually have, classic and noble there, delicate and refreshing overall, brewed with or for the museum or something, not sure the connection there, but i like the beer a lot, to me lighter than others they do in this style and a really well made beer overall. my palate has been wanting good craft pils lately, and this sure scratches this itch nicely. there is a nice light crackery freshness to the grain, the first thing i notice in the aroma and flavor, maybe a single malt beer, really right on though, flavorful for how light it is, and a nice companion to the mild grassy and bitter hops this has come on about midway through it. they are fresh and mild and give this come cool life and depth, accentuated well, especially in the finish, by all the bubbly carbonation, effervescent and rushing and intense even, it makes this so refreshing and crushable. not too light in body but a real easy drinker, mellow european tasting lager yeast but maybe not specifically german to my palate, inviting and something i would think just about any beer drinker would enjoy. job well done with this one! excellent for the hot summer weather!

I received this in a BIF box from @swenny196. Poured from undated can into pilsener glass. It pours a semi-clear, golden-yellow color with almost a finger of foamy, bright white head that dissipated slowly leaving a thin coating of lacing. The predominate smell is cracker and subtle lemon peel. The citrus comes through in the taste with a solid dose of tart lemon and a hint of tangerine, along with grain and biscuit notes. It finishes dry and slightly bitter. The feel is light and crisp with lively carbonation and a sessionable 5% ABV. Overall, what sets this Pilsener apart is its tangy fruitiness. This beer is ideal for drinking outdoors on a hot day.
