Tasted in a Spiegelau wit glass from a one pint can on July 11, 2019. Look is bright amber with a thick bubbly head a little lacing. Notes of berries and vanilla. Feel is creamy and super smooth.

Too red for amber, bubbles cascading up to slightly pink off white head. Smells of cough syrupy raspberry. Taste is similar. Not sure why it tastes like this, I thought maybe a weird interaction between raspberry and coriander, but I don't know if it even has coriander. Not terrible if, like me, you like cough syrup, but otherwise, beware. Im also not sure if I would have put it on nitro, but it doesn't not work.

The initial pour is pure head--literally 100% foam. It's slow to recede. The color, when the head starts to settle, it's orange amber. Mild haze. Blanketing lace throughout the tasting.
The smell is reminiscent of cherry cough syrup. It's not unattractive, it is surprising. Lots of menthol.
So, I get a cherry sweetness like this is a cough syrup. This will surprise the reader but it actually works. There's an alcohol warmth with a menthol swallow. Moderate sweet - minty aftertaste. Overall, I'd say this is a most unusual beer but worthwhile to check out.

Nitro pour at Lures Bar & Grill. Looks like a Belgian Pale with the typical creamy nitro (off-white) head. Smell and taste are vanilla and raspberry - slightly sweet but not cloying. A unique and very tasty beer.

Had on tap. This was like a raspberry vanilla milkshake. The nitro whipped up a creamy body to meld nicely with the raspberry, vanilla, and tartness of the beer. Looks like a fruity drink for the beach. Wife liked it. Honestly I scored well because it was really outside the box for a belgian pale, so no I don't need to have again but I love the creativity. Plus clearly the vision for the beer was executed.

On nitro. Poured a pinkish hue with a huge, off-white head of nitro foam. It smelled of raspberry and vanilla. Sweet raspberry flavor with sweet lactose sugar and hints of vanilla.

Pinkish red in color with an inch of creamy and dense nitrogen induced off white head. The aroma is of raspberries, lactose, and a hint of vanilla. I'm tasting raspberries, lactose, and vanilla. This is like liquid desert. The mouth is creamy, velvety smooth, crisp, and refreshing.

this beer is so awesome, and while its assuredly a one and done thing for me, its one of a kind, and better than anything else ive had charging after this milkshake beer thing, which i still think is pretty dumb, but this one takes the cake right now for sure. a matte pinkish dense brew, creamy as can be from the nitro tap, holding a rich inch of shaving cream think pink head. it smells amazing, sour raspberries, natural vanilla bean, and a little saison or belgian type yeast reminding me this is still a beer. enormously rich flavor, saturated with real raspberries, both tart and sweet, creamy and sweet from the lactose, and wrapped up in this soothing, intense vanilla hug, its naturalness saves it, if this was in any way artificial, it would be positively disgusting, but in this real and honest form, its sensational, wholly unique. some nice tartness from the fruit almost gives it a berliner-eque complexion, but so much sweetness balances the acid really well. the texture sets this off, as thick as ive ever seen a beer, especially at this abv, and enhanced so wonderfully by the lively nitrogen. beer moustache for days! fresh raspberries and a little yeast to finish, this is so awesome! obviously a very niche sort of thing, and with this much sweet, a small pour is all i need, but i sure am glad to have discovered this, one of the more unique and memorable beers i have had so far this year! if you are lucky enough to find this on nitro, be sure not to pass it up!

Had this on draft with Nitro and loved it. Creamy, sweet, thick mouthfeel. What I would expect from a milkshake IPA, but not as hop forward. Really enjoyed this for dessert.
