Taste: Rich, chocolate, lactose, malty, walnuts, vanilla, bright finish. Bold nutty, sweet, chocolate, vanilla nose. Black brown hue, mostly opaque, tall tan foamy head with some lace. Medium/full to full body. Sharper mouthfeel might have been past fresh date in the bottle for this dessert stout.

Pours ashy black with some brown foam. Body is creamy and velvety smooth, though could be a little thicker. Smell I get chocolate, vanilla, lactose, and cream. Taste I get all of that plus the walnut, the cornerstone of this beer, keeps it from being overly sweet. Don't think I need to have again, but nice lighter dessert stout

Black in color with little penetration to light. There’s a fingernail of beige around the rim and covering over half of the top. The aroma is of dark fudge, dark chocolate, walnut, and vanilla. I’m tasting fudge, milk chocolate, vanilla, lactose, and walnuts. The mouth is silky smooth.
