Copper to amber colored with no discernible head. Plenty of carbonation bubbles erupt from within. The aroma is of blackberries, mint, and a touch of cinnamon. I’m tasting mint and blackberries intertwined, with just a hint of cinnamon after the finish along with more mint. The mint provides an initial cooling sensation to the tongue and then there’s a hint of warmth from the cinnamon. Truly unusual and I thought it would be terrible, but it’s merely curious.
