A new spin on Prussia Berliner Weisse, this light, tart wheat beer was fermented on blueberries following brewhouse souring. Like Passion Fruit Prussia, this iteration is well-balanced and features delicate touches of blueberry that play nicely with the soft, lactic acidity to make this beer super drinkable and quenching.
