Pours a slightly hazed honey color with 2 fingers of pearl colored head. Pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Grassyness, citrus, green melon & papaya & passion fruit, some doughyness once warm
T: Guava, papaya, green melon, a little sweet orange, some dryness, a whisper of cakeyness/dryness up front. Green melon, dryness, guava & a little tangerine once warm. Finishes with tangerine, papaya, green melon & grassyness
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, nicely balanced
Very drinkable, solid IPA

Copper colored with a fingernail of off white. Moderate, soapy lacing is present. The aroma is of peach and grapefruit. I’m tasting melon, peach, and lime hops. The mouth is refreshing and crisp. This is really interesting take on the base beer.

the amount of 4hands beer thats flowed through me the past few years is incredible. 16oz can dumped into a kinda rinsed pint glass. pours a slightly hazy deep orange/amber with a decent finger and a half of white foam that settled into a stubborn rim. clinging lace left behind on the glass.
aroma has a nice tropical fruit blend, with some pineapple/mango/melon things happening, joined by a hefty smack of citrus rind, a lil dank, some caramel biscuit action and a smidge of peppery spice.
flavor wise its more upfront with the grapefruit/orange rind notes of the hops, with a nice fruit tray mango/melon profile coming through after the initial bitterness. the malts take over from there for a while and it all settles to a nice tropical-esque v8 thing but with a bit of the usual pine/grapefruit IPA taste that coats rhe whole mouth. its a nice medium bodied brew, could use a bit more carbonation on my end but still. its tasty enough, not sure how it differentiates from the OG of this beer in my mind, but stands as another solid IPA from these folks.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of pineapple, coconut, orange, and sweet caramel. Nice tropical fruit taste with pineapple and coconut. Sweet toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
