Gold in color with a clear complexion and numerous vibrant carbonation bubbles erupting from the bottom of the glass. No discernible head. The aroma is from overripe pineapple and faint brettanomyces. I’m tasting a heap of pineapple and carbonated water. The mouth is moderately carbonated and crisp.

On tap at Gerbes Supermarket. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of pineapple, salt, caramel and lemon notes. Nice tart lemon and pineapple taste with some saltiness and caramel.

Aroma is pineapple/fruit and a unique mild sweetness. The flavor is pineapple/juice, wheat/malts, a hint of salt and a tart/mildly sweet/slightly dry finish.
