Our newest Schnucks collaboration, Hot Slice IPA, is landing on store shelves this week! This red IPA, brewed to be enjoyed with your favorite pizza, is hopped with a blend of Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic and Falconer’s Flight providing tons of fruity aromatics with just a touch of dank, resinous pine. Head to your favorite Schnucks location to snag a four-pack of 16oz cans and some frozen pies!

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, citrus and resin. Sweet caramel malt with toffee, pine and citrus.

Dark copper in color with excellent clarity. There’s a fingernail of beige foam on top. Moderate, soapy lacing is on the glass. The aroma is of light pine to light orange and crackery malt. I’m tasting a bit of pine and lots of crackery malt. The mouth is lightly sticky and crisp.
