The name Prussia originates from Frederick the Great. Frederick was trained to brew this very delicate style of beer and later became the King of Prussia. Our interpretation of the Berliner Weisse style is very traditional. Prussia pours a hazy straw hue with a nice clean tart finish. Enjoy alone or with flavored syrup.

Golden murky pour with a flat white cap that starts to fade in a hurry. Aromas of lemon, wheat, and vague esters, very weak in potency. Taste is the same with a hint of sourness added and slight cracker. Feel is good, with sourness atop wheaty and full yet light maltwork

22oz into a tulip. Pours a crystal-clear, pale tea color w/ a minimal head and minimal carbonation. I don't think I've ever seen a beer that looks quite like this before.
Aroma is delicately grainy and mildly floral, slightly tart. Very subtle but nice.
Taste is more sour than the aroma, but not by much. Grainy wheat malt, gentle pear and apple. Again, delicate and light.
Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, refreshing. So drinkable. I think this would be better on a hot July afternoon than a cold December night, but I'm liking it anyway. Even though there's not much visible carbonation, the bubbles tickle the palate adequately.
Overall a good, drinkable, crisp Berliner Weiss.
