My buddy brought this to Nashville over New Year. It poured a hazy amber with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink but was more malty than hoppy. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

16 oz can from 10/19/17 poured into a tulip glass. Pours a dense reddish brown with a half finger head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is of vegetal hops, toasted grains, and a touch of dankness. The taste is somewhat muted, herbal tea notes mixed with an off bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium light , carbonation level is medium high. Overall, though I am fan of Birdsong and hoppy reds, something seems to be off and unbalanced here.
