L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a pale yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a 3/4 inch, creamy, fairly long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A fair aroma of malt, citrus, spices, and some yeast.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a bit of the advertised thyme, some others spices (coriander, pepper), light citrus (orange, lemon), and a tinge of yeast. This is one of those flavors that could have used a little boost. The inclusion of thyme is a good idea, but it wasn't pushed quite far enough. Still, not a bad taste.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: On the whole, this isn't a bad beer, though it could've been better. Nonetheless, worth a try.

The color was like melted butter, thick and lemony yellow. The smell and taste of the thyme was undeniable. A beer that would pair nicely with complimentary foods, not one I'd have multiples of. I appreciate the creativeness.

Pours cloudy, light orangeish gold. Thick, tall, white head fades after a while to a lasting cap and good lacing.
Smells yeast Funk, spices, citrus, malts and hints of fruit.
Tastes bready malt, side and light fruit. Fades to a bitter citrus peel and coriander. Dry finish with a short spice and light bitter linger. Medium body and fizzy lower carbonation

Starts off great, but far too much thyme in the finish.

On tap in NC.
Light amber body with a good white head.
Complex spicy aroma and flavor. More balanced and less ripe banana than usual for style.
Fine aftertaste.
Medium carbonation.

The thyme has a nice balancing character between the coriander and lemon peel.
