Description: "Oktoberfest brewed with an ale yeast." So yeah, it's and amber ale.
Pours reddish amber. Somewhere between a blood orange and a lemon. Slight chill haze. Poured Harper's style: without a head.
Nice malty caramel/crystal smell. Subdued hops.
Rich malty flavor up front. Really nice faint sweetness. Ends with a very slight resiny bitterness.
Bid bodied for an amber, but very approachable. Can be enjoyed by a noob or the most seasoned beeradvocate. Refreshing and very drinkable, could easily be a year round selection if bud drinkers didn't think so highly of themselves for drinking a wheat beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
